The service

PaperKit provides tools to generate business documents as PDFs. Some features are free and some are paid. We may add, change or remove tools over time.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter and the documents you generate.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.

Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

No professional advice

Documents generated by PaperKit are templates for convenience and are not legal, tax or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Warranty & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperKit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
