PaperKit lets you generate business documents (invoices, receipts, quotes and more) as PDFs. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service. You do not need an account to use the free tools.

What we collect

• Document details you enter — the fields you type (names, amounts, line items) are processed to generate your PDF. We do not sell this data.
• Payment information — if you buy a paid feature, payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on PaperKit servers.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

• To generate the document you requested.
• To process payments and provide access to paid features.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.

Data retention

Document content is used to produce your file and is not retained longer than needed to deliver the service. Payment records are retained by Stripe and by us as required for tax and accounting.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers (such as our hosting platform and Stripe for payments). They process data only to provide their service to us.
